Mi9, a merchandise management system; and Mi9 BI, a retail analytics solution, can now be deployed from the cloud.

Mi9 Retail, the parent company behind the retail software solutions, said in a statement that the SaaS options will enable customers to reduce the implementation time and total cost of ownership typically associated with on-premises solutions.

While Mi9 Merchant provides functionality to address Merchandise Management, Store Operations, Financial Controls and Warehouse Management; Mi9 BI is a data management, business intelligence, price intelligence, and financial control solution built to drive actionable analysis at every level of the enterprise across merchandising, stores, customers, finance and human resources.

The development of the SaaS offering was made possible due in large part to Mi9 Retail’s keen focus on research and development, which coincides with broader growth plans for Mi9 Retail. “We’re really excited to offer our customers a modern, innovative IT environment with operational agility that meets their growing needs as the demands of the industry change,” commented Neil Moses, President of Mi9 Retail.

Moses further elaborated, “Mi9 Retail has doubled in size in less than two years due mostly to our continued focus on delivering the best retail solutions to our customers. The new SaaS offering will further fuel our expansion and is a key component of our exciting growth plans for the next year.”
