Vlocity partners Infosys to accelerate customer-centric services

Vlocity, the industry cloud company, today announced its partnership with Infosys, a global player in consulting, technology, outsourcing and next-generation services, to bring industry-specific cloud capabilities to companies worldwide, empowering them to deliver omni-channel customer experiences.

As part of this partnership, Infosys will become a Strategic Services Partner for Vlocity Communications and Vlocity Insurance, Vlocity industry cloud apps built on Salesforce Customer Success Platform to enable companies to achieve faster business agility and time-to-value from the cloud.

According to the cloud company, its industry cloud apps are designed to offer mobile software solutions that embed deep industry-specific functionality using the Salesforce Customer Success Platform. Hence they can take advantage of the omni-channel capabilities of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Community Cloud and Analytics Cloud.

As a part of the alliance, Infosys claims that its clients can take full advantage of Vlocity’s cloud and mobile software in order to carry out industry-specific functionality and processes for the telecommunications, insurance, health insurance and public sector industries.
