Druva, a provider of data protection solutions has partnered with Kansas-based electric security company, Protection 1, to bolster its ability to address data protection needs for small and medium-sized businesses. Protection 1 has also launched the latest version of its Managed Services Program (MSP) platform that comprises of integration between Druva’s multi-tenant MSP management console and customer accounts, new global search capabilities, enhanced MSP administration login credentials, and customer identification improvements.

In November 2015, Druva announced its cloud-based global MSP channel strategy and dedicated MSP channel partner program, PartnerSync for MSPs, and with the addition of Protection 1 to its portfolio it aims to reinforce its MSP program to a next level. The program allows MSPs to accelerate their business by deploying cloud solution for converged data protection, governance, and compliance to all of their customers. The MSP console provides a single pane of glass view of all your customers making it easy to administer and manage each account.

Small businesses are especially vulnerable when it comes to data protection, security defenses, and breaches. We are thrilled to partner with Protection 1, a premier brand and customer-focused security leader, to protect small businesses and their data.”

Druva in the month of August partnered with Exterro, a software provider to simplify the cost of eDiscory processes. Moreover earlier this year it also introduced new Disaster Recovery (DR) functionality to extend its converged cloud-based data protection solution for enterprise infrastructure, Druva Phoenix.

Michael Keen, Vice President, Commercial Sales, Protection 1 stated, “Protection 1 Cybersecurity is a direct response to our customers’ increased concerns regarding data breaches and e-security for their businesses.
