How to Keep Up with Gen Y Women in Tech: Techseen to host its 1st event in Delhi

Techseen in association with Founder Institute brings you the first edition of Techseen Decode, a two-hour community event being held in Delhi NCR on Saturday, 17th of December, 2016, with millennial women who have made their mark in the tech sphere.

In a bid to discuss the diversity, inclusion, participation and achievements of women in the technology realm, Techseen Decode will be exploring the topic ‘How to Keep Up With Gen Y Women in Tech’, getting five Millennial women under one roof for a panel discussion.

Moderated by Surender Kumar Dhaleta, Chief Mentor, Techseen; the panel consists of Purnima Anand, President, BRICS International Forum; Supriya Paul, Founder, JOSH Talks; Vandana Seth, Co-founder, RV Solutions; Nandini Rathi, Chief Marketing Officer, Betaout, and Mani Agarwal, Founder, I Wear My Style.

Purnima AnandPurnima Anand is the President of International Federation of Indo-Russian Youth Clubs, BRICS International Forum. BRICS is an informal group of states comprising the Federative Republic of Brazil, the Russian Federation, the Republic of India, the People’s Republic of China and the Republic of South Africa.

Supriya PaulSupriya Paul is the Co-Founder of JOSH Talks. JOSH Talks is a platform where people from a variety of backgrounds in India share the story of their journey, struggles, obstacles, adventures, insights, ideas, or an account of their experiences to success. The highlight of Josh Talks is to bring about a feeling of positivism amongst the youth of the nation.

Vandana SethVandana Seth is the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of RV Solutions. RVS provides Technological Life-Cycle services and has been built on the model to deliver Information and Communications Technology (ICT) services to government organizations as well as corporates across the globe.

Mani AgarwalMani Agarwal is the Founder of I Wear My Style. An online fashion label, I Wear My Style is based out of New Delhi, India that offers high street western wear at affordable prices. Targeted at working women and college going youth, the designs are handpicked and sampled before it is introduced in the ecommerce portal’s collections.

Nandini Rathi
Nandini Rathi is the Co-Founder and Chief Marketing Officer of Betaout. A marketing automation and behavioral marketing platform for ecommerce companies, Betaout provides marketing personalisation softwares for customer segmentation, email marketing, customer profiling, onsite marketing and cart recovery. It also develops cloud-based platforms and tools that help digital agencies manage content production.

Adeo RessiAdeo Ressi, Founder and CEO of The Founder Institute and The Funded says, “I want to see a point in the not too distant future where 50% of all the new startups are founded by women or have women in the founding team.”
