Just a couple of weeks after Facebook selected the Edtech startup, EduRev, for its FB Start program, it has partnered with startup business accelerator, Jaarvis Accelerator to launch the Startup CEO app.
According to the company, the rationale behind the app is to help an entrepreneur through the the complete startup journey cycle starting with idea validation, to finding a co-founder, creating a business plan, forming a team, raising funds and ultimately making a sustainable business.
Kunaal Satija, Founder & CEO, EduRev said, “Since it wasn’t humanly possible to help everyone, EduRev with its tech and Jaarvis Accelerator with its knowledge merged forces to create the ‘Startup CEO App’.
Available on Google Play Store as a free app for the startup ecosystem, the app claims to have a compiled list of contact details of more than 100 investors and accelerators as well as the ‘wisdom’ of entrepreneurs such as Paul Graham, Peter Thiel, Elon Musk and Vijay Shekhar Sharma to name a few.
Anil Chhikara, Principal, Jaarvis Accelerator said, “Time and again we saw first time entrepreneurs approaching Jaarvis Accelerator with similar fundamental queries on different stages of startups. On our side, we felt this is basic knowledge that any entrepreneur should have and asked them to Google it. However, they would end up getting confused with so many conflicting and unstructured entrepreneurship resources available on Internet.”
“Startup CEO app was born from this need to put all the knowledge, experience and expertise of Jaarvis Accelerator’s working with startups into one comprehensive resource available at any entrepreneur’s finger tips – just like a personal side kick for all the basic stuff.”
