How does it work?
According to the company the application is simple to deploy and easy to use through its mobile and web-based platform. employees can select the services they want to offer and choose their preferred vendors from our vast network of service providers. They can manage invoicing and payment of services for improving employee communications. The app also allows them to see feedback and analytics on the impact of the new services.
The platform allows employers to interact with vendors to set up onsite benefits that employees can enjoy. Once a service is scheduled, Espresa populates their calendar and benefits can be set as subsidized, discounted, employee paid, or as bonuses and rewards for model workers.
Espersa claims that it solves the problem of poor work-life balance by boosting morale and efficiency with its services so that the employees can feel the satisfaction, confidence and loyalty when the company takes care of their comfort and needs.
