Audit and assurance firm, PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), has inked an exclusive deal with San-Francisco based cloud software provider, Vlocity, to provide an omni-channel customer experience, personalized for industry requirements. The deal will enable clients leverage cloud-based technologies to enhance their customer experience in domains like insurance, communications and the public sector.
Integration with Vlocity’s industry cloud apps, PwC believes it will help companies create an apt interface for their customers with its market and business insights.
