Tom Tom introduces WEBFLEET on Salesforce AppExchange

Amsterdam- headquartered Tom Tom, a fleet management company has introduced a secured solution called WEBFLEET. It is a Software as a Service (SaaS) fleet management solution for Sales Cloud on the Salesforce AppExchange. Tom Tom’s telematics platform with Salesforce makes it easier for the sales team to use the CRM system on the road. This will facilitate the enterprises to monitor the sales forces effectively and allow them to connect with customers, partners and employees in a unique way.

The company claims that the incorporation of Tom Tom WEBFLEET and Salesforce is beneficial in diminishing cost and reduce administration time via its automatic trip reporting and channelized appointment management. WEBFLEET’s extended set of reports provides a detailed view on fleet operation; from address report, trip reports, logbook to working time reports. It makes sure that everything that is happening on the road is stored to increase the overall fleet efficiency.

Tom Tom claims that WEBFLEET is a scalable solution as it helps in improving vehicle performance, saves on fuel, supports drivers and boosts visibility of the data, in short, it enhances overall fleet efficiency. WEBFLEET can be accessed using any operating system and any web browser which supports flash content and requires no installation. WEBFLEET can also be customized and integrated with existing systems giving endless opportunities.

Both help to make business administration easier for staff on the road, providing them with tools to improve their sales performance. Furthermore, by combining telematics and CRM, sales managers can gain visibility and insight into performance in the field.”

According the company, WEBFLEET for Sales Cloud also allows the office staff to schedule client appointments in the Salesforce calendar to the employee’s TomTom PRO Driver Terminal. In addition to that, the sales manager is provided with dashboards, where trip data can be compared with opportunities, leads and closed deals in order to keep track of all the sales representatives.
