Entisys360 launches Desktop-in-the-Cloud platform to manage virtual desktops

3 MIN READ

California-based business technology solution provider, Entisys360, has launched Desktop-in-the-Cloud platform allowing IT enterprises to build and manage their virtual desktops.

According to the company, which was earlier known as Entisys Solutions and Agile360, the platform has been built on Amazon Web Services’ (AWS) public cloud and leverages Citrix’ core to deliver applications and desktop. The platform supports on-boarding and off-boarding procedures by allowing administrators to add or delete access to applications when users take on new responsibilities, change departments or leave the company.

Enterprises can also limit access to desktops and application, based on the user profile, which can help mitigate security risks associated with unauthorized access.

What’s more? The platform is scalable and unlimited apps and users can be added. Entisys360 Desktop-in-the-Cloud is completely re-brandable and can be customized with the organization’s logo and colors.

Entisys360: Cloud First

The Concord, CA headquartered company also announced its ‘Cloud First’ strategy, adopting a cloud-based infrastructure within its clients’ enterprises, regardless of whether it is a public, private or hybrid configuration.

“The launch of the Entisys360 Desktop-in-the-Cloud is one of the ways that we are continuing to stay ahead of the technology curve with state-of-the-art virtualization and cloud solutions,” said Matt General, CTO, Entisys360.

“It is also a key element in our ‘Cloud First’ strategy, and part of our overall effort to drive the adoption of innovative public, private and hybrid cloud solutions within our clients’ enterprise. We are confident that this new solution will be a game-changer for clients wanting to move some or all of their applications and desktops to the cloud.”
