Single-click dialling, screen pop-ups for incoming calls, and automatic call logging let sales and support teams manage all call-related activities within Zoho CRM, which saves time and adds workflow efficiency. Additionally, each feature provides access to contextual information during calls to help users build better relationships with customers.
