The CRM retains guest activities and relationships in a single database that shows guest history across events. Diobox displays these analytics in the “Guest Scorecard” revealing guest invitations, total spend, attendance records, and even no-shows.
Diobox is free for events with 250 guests. It claims to have features that were earlier “only available in custom enterprise software.”
What’s on the menu?
- Guest List Management to organize, browse, search and manage guests in multiple ways, including confirmation statuses, any number of tags, and custom profile fields.
- Design Invitations for creating event-specific, mobile-friendly invitations.
- Creating and publishing customizable RSVP pages with the ability to include a questionnaire.
- Send and track mass email invitations, opens, clicks, confirms, declines, and questionnaire responses using unique embedded links between guests, emails, invitations and RSVPs.
- Ability to create a visual representation with guest profiles, seating structure and waitlists with real-time updates.
- Seamless use of web or iOS for specifying guest demographics for more detailed analytics
Diobox also provides team collaboration where event owners can share events with their employees or co-workers with different permissions. Interestingly, when multiple users are logged in, all the data is synced real time and delivered to all the devices being used.
Though the platform is available for free, the version that has an extended guest limit of 500 is pegged at $249. The company boasts about its UI with iOS as every screen is designed for non-technical users tasked with organizing busy events. Diobox also claims that its platform is best experienced on an iPad Pro, iPhone 6s, and iOS 9, which creates an experience as immersive as the device that is being used.
DioBox has been founded by Allen Nasseri, who has previously worked with Newsweek too and is a founder of Night Box, an app to explore “upscale” nightlife venues and hotels.
