Nxtra Data, CenturyLink to offer IT services in India

Delhi based Nxtra Data, a subsidiary company of Bharti Airtel has announced a strategic business partnership with CenturyLink to cater advanced hosting and managed IT services to enterprises in India. CenturyLink, which offers network and data systems management, Big Data analytics and IT consulting along with Nxtra Data’s management skills will provide affordable hosting, managed services and cloud capabilities to assist businesses and government organizations in India.

Pollock adds that together, the companies will set a new benchmark in product performance, security and customer experience. Morever, offloading an organization’s IT requirements to trusted service providers such as Nxtra and CenturyLink, will ensure that organizations spend more time focused on core business requirements versus back-end IT challenges.

Nxtra claims to offer an integrated portfolio of data center managed services including Co-location, Managed Services, Managed Hosting, Managed Back-up & Storage, Managed Security, Virtual Compute and Cloud, with both domestic and international network connectivity. Nxtra and CenturyLink will have shares in the revenue through this partnership and will be helping the enterprises and the government to increase customer base in India. The partnership will also allow US based CenturyLink, tap the Indian consumers for its solutions.
