BigCommerce, Gorilla Group to provide E-com solution for enterprises

Austin-based BigCommerce which provides an E-commerce platform for fast-growing and mid-markets brands has inked a strategic partnership with Gorilla Group. The later delivers E-commerce solutions to B2B and direct-to-consumer brands across industries such as Citizens of Humanity, DocuSign, JINS, and PayPal. Gorilla Group is joining BigCommerce’s Partner program to fulfill customer needs for a cloud-based, customizable E-commerce solution that claims to deliver faster Return on Investment (ROI).

According to the agreement, Gorilla Group’s staff of E-commerce strategists, designers, engineers and customer experience experts will be working with BigCommerce’s in-house technology and account services teams to jointly support leading retailers on the BigCommerce Enterprise platform.

Gorilla Group states that its partnership with BigCommerce gives it the ability to offer merchants a Commerce-as-a-Service solution, leveraging technology alongside of Gorilla’s E-commerce expertise, providing retailers with the tools needed to effectively scale their E-commerce sales channel to meet demand.
