According to the company, the tools will be used in conjunction with Breezeworks’ field management and CRM software for service businesses, where users can schedule appointments, manage jobs, collect payments, eliminate no shows, navigate traffic, capture repeat businesses, follow up with customers and connect with suppliers. For example, business owners or administrators can get alerts on occasions where a technician is late to their next job based on location and traffic data.
Breezework also claims that the tool will provide enterprise functionality on smartphones as well as algorithms to assist in re-routing alternate technicians and/or providing direct notifications to end customers with updated estimated time of arrival (ETA). It also has, Smart Scheduling, which plans to optimize scheduling assignments or jobs on a location-basis among team members.
The company states that it also features Live Team Training and Quarterly Business Reports with support teams demonstrating workflow management and providing insights to improve efficiency and business growth. Reportedly, Breezework users can also customize Team Permissions to certain features, by allowing selective or no access to technicians (if necessary).
Matthew Cowan, Co-founder and CEO, Breezeworks, said:
“A technology race is now afoot in the service business management sector and Breezeworks has just answered the challenge with one of the most advanced tools to date, to what we hope will be the great benefit of America’s service business men and women.”
By definition, mobile service businessmen and their employees are busy, on the go and usually have their hands full. Minutes wasted on scheduling rather than job completion are dollars wasted. Our new intelligent dispatching solution creates the maximum possible efficiency with the minimum possible user engagement, leaving owners and their field employees with more time to perform billable activities.
Earlier, Breezework had partnered with Applause, a software testing platform and had extended the agreement in June to help ensure high-quality, reliable, digital experiences for its users. The deal enabled Applause testing community to work with Breezework’s internal team on test case execution for the latter’s iOS and Android mobile applications.
