CloudPay, a cloud based payroll platform that offers implementation, managed payroll and support services has formed a strategic partnership with Ramco Systems that focuses on consulting, product and managed services business. The partnership has been formed to help enterprises take better advantage of cloud-based payroll solutions. The alliance will integrate CloudPay’s SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) platform and its managed payroll for multinational enterprises with Ramco’s payroll software, to offer solutions for multifaceted and complex workforces.

CloudPay claims that it can integrate with any HCM and ERP system and securely protect data through high-grade encryption, single sign-in authentication, an audit trail for tracking and reviewing, granular roles as well as permission controls. The company states that it adheres to EU and US data privacy and safe harbor standards.

Using Ramco’s platform, CloudPay plans to expand and improve its managed payroll services for its existing and new customers in 120 countries. Ramco, on the other hand, will leverage CloudPay’s managed services solution to bring its Multi-Country Payroll platform on a global level and continue to develop next generation innovations in payroll technology.
