According to the company, the new Bellevue Engineering & Innovation Hub will help accelerate Salesforce’s ability to bring innovative solutions to its customers. The new office claims to inspire creativity and collaboration amongst engineers for innovations in artificial intelligence with Einstein, productivity with Quip, mobility with Salesforce1, app development with Lightning and connected devices with the IoT Cloud.
According to media reports the greater Seattle area is home to Amazon Web Services and Microsoft. The area also hosts cloud-engineering work for Silicon Valley-based players such as Oracle and Google.
