Zyme enhances platform, adds partner recruitment & assessment services

5 MIN READ

Zyme, the provider of channel data management (CDM) cloud platform, has announced enhancements to its Zyme Cloud Platform 3.0. and the acquisition of channel marketing and sales consulting firm, Foster MacCallum. According to the company the new version and updates will help enterprises sell their products more effectively through the channel with less investment and with the acquisition add partner assessment and recruitment services to its CDM platform.

Zyme states that the 3.0 features and enhancements will provide greater channel data accuracy and processing speeds, more powerful analytics capabilities and additional tools to optimize and grow partner networks, and the addition of Foster’s services will increase its clients’ channel investment.

The company claims to be transforming raw channel data into decision-grade intelligence using proprietary technologies and rich content libraries, giving its customers actionable intelligence that gets integrated into a range of different business processes such as marketing to inventory management to sales, which eventually makes channel sales more efficient.

“With the latest upgrades to the Zyme CDM platform and the addition of new professional services and support, Zyme continues to lead a transformation in channel sales that enables companies to increase revenues with smaller investments,” said Ashish Shete, VP, Customer Solutions, Zyme.

“Global enterprises are increasingly waking up to the enormous value that they can unlock by optimizing channel performance, and we look forward to bringing these benefits to an even larger customer base.”

Maximizing sales

According to Zyme, the latest version delivers faster data processing and accuracy to help enterprises increase their sales using channel intelligence to identify market opportunities and partners, target end-customers, generate demand and find the right path to market. Its TrueID and TruePay engines work in tandem with the 3.0 and helps in getting channel data accuracy as well as process transactions to calculate incentives though channel partners.

Enhanced analytics

The 3.0 comes with a new data analytics and visualization capability that will help companies to reduce the costs of selling through the channel. Its Advanced Integrity Analytics highlights incorrect data submissions, grey market activities, unusual inventory build up or potential stock-outs, before it becomes an expensive proposition.

The company also upgraded its ZymeIncentives product to manage manufacturers’ Special Pricing Agreements (SPA) and Ship & Debit (S&D) programs, which require fast and accurate data about end-customers to avoid overpayments or disputes.

The company has introduced a new analytics and data visualization capability, ZapDiscovery, that gives users the flexibility to build and consume self-serve analytics alongside Zyme’s best practices and guided analytics dashboards.

Last-Mile data-focused services

The enhanced Zyme platform will also help manufacturers’ partner networks to share data and identify and recruit important resellers across the globe. Zyme’s Data Network Support service offers channel partners and manufacturers live support to deal with last-mile data quality challenges.
