The provider of staffing services and workforce solution Yoh, a subsidiary of The Day & Zimmermann, announced the acquisition of Starpoint Solution that specializes in IT staffing, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software implementations and ecommerce products. With this acquisition, Yoh aims to strengthen its position in providing complete range of talent services from staffing to project-based talent solutions. The Philadelphia-based company will be able to enhance its project management capabilities including applications development, ERP implementation and data analytics.

Yoh claims that the entry of Starpoint will bring in its expertise and resources and at the same time will also expand Yoh’s geographic reach, reaffirming its position as a national and international leader in workforce solutions. Yoh aims to gain a strong reputations of both companies in the IT, interactive, media, and health care fields as well as enhancing its ability to service fast growing industries that includes financial services, creative, retail and insurance.

New York-based Starpoint Solution was founded in 1982, it claims to have an expertise in professional staffing, Application Development projects, leveraging predictive data analytics and constantly evolving their Enterprise Resource Planning and Enterprise Cloud solutions.

Yoh’s solutions comprises of recruitment process outsourcing, managed services, payroll and staffing services and the acquisition will help the company to escalate and expand its solutions and services. According to Jeffrey Najarian, President of Starpoint Solutions, this deal will help Starpoint transform the staffing industry by providing more holistic staffing solutions to customers.
