According to the company, Desktop Deployment Wizard is a next generation tool that allows administrators to deliver a comprehensive Windows-based Citrix desktop user group within minutes. The wizard provides desktop optimization, access local printers, scanners, and webcams directly from the CloudConnect Desktop. Customers are only required to run the wizard, name the desktop user group and add users via Active Directory. As and when the environment joins the domain, the system is ready for application installation and users to log on.

In addition to its Services Provider License Agreement (SPLA) partnership with Microsoft, its platform claims to allow installations of any third-party application, modifying infrastructure resources to nearly any business.
