Bengaluru-based
Information Technology consulting and software services company, Sonata Software, has collaborated with Aeris, a wireless service provider for
machine to machine (M2M) and Internet of Things (IoT) services, in order to deliver IoT and mobile services for enterprises. Both the companies claim that this alliance will seek to execute next-generation mobility and IoT solutions by leveraging the combined domain experience and technology platforms of both companies.

The Platforms
Halosys, is a mobility platform by Sonata that claims to offer a single Unified Enterprise Mobile Enablement, that provides enterprises to build, secure, manage and deploy an enterprise wide mobile applications portfolio. The platform integrates with existing security, identity and business applications to the mobile applications. It claims to simplify, accelerate and ensure a reliable way to execute mobility programs at scale, with an underlying architecture that adheres to emerging mobile & IoT technology trends.

According to the partnership, Sonata’s IT knowledge will be coupled with Aeris’ IoT Platform Solutions that will offer enterprises all the required resources and tools to install and scale their IoT solutions in global markets.
