Gillware will aid StorageCraft to fuel its expansion plans and with this it will be able to add thousands of customers in North America alone who are already familiar with the benefits of the combined solution. With this acquisition StorageCraft will be aiming to expand its existing cloud, recovery and backup platform. The Gillware team of data experts will continue to operate out of its office in Madison, Wisconsin. The terms of the deals were not disclosed. The compnay claims that this acquisition is the latest in a series of moves that is rapidly enhancing its suite of intelligent data protection solutions, increasing its global presence and strengthening its research and development team. The solutions offered by the company ranges from backup, management, replication, virtual, cloud and recovery.
