Enterprise software and ERP applications provider Unit4 has acquired prevero, that delivers Corporate Performance Management (CPM) and Business Intelligence (BI) solutions to enterprises. According to Unit4, the merger will give its customers a wider offering of the applications, specifically business-centric and analytics. By joining forces, both are going to focus on delivering industry-specific solutions and expanding functionality. Moreover, prevero will cater pre-built content to Unit4’s key verticals that comprises of education and professional services. The duo aims to deliver latest technology to simplify user experience and enhance productivity. Stephan Sieber, CEO of Unit4 said:
