Many companies are looking for an easy way to migrate their data to the cloud. Teaming up with BitTitan, a reputable cloud services delivery company, allows us to help service providers securely and quickly migrate critical documents through an automated process. We are committed to helping MSPs deliver compelling collaboration solutions and services that can impact the bottom line, and BitTitan shares our vision.BitTitan claims that it will allow Dropbox to use BitTitan MigrationWiz, a cloud-based migration software that helps migrate many types of data from multiple source to any destination. Thus, MigrationWiz and MSPComplete will enable the partners to migrate data structures, including files, folder hierarchies, and metadata while preserving permissions into Dropbox Business. Rocco Seyboth, Vice President, Product and Marketing, BitTitan, said, “Tens of thousands of IT service providers resell Office 365 today, and all of them want ways to differentiate their offerings. In fact, the ability to do so will be critical to their survival. The number one method most IT service providers can use to differentiate the popular products they sell is through intelligently bundling together other best-of-breed, complementary products and services. By partnering with Dropbox, we enable Microsoft partners to easily create additional services revenue from an Office 365, Dropbox bundle.”
cloud-based email solution developer BitTitan has signed a “go-to-market” agreement with provider of file sharing and collaboration services Dropbox. Both are planning to work together in order to simplify and accelerate the process of file transfer and folders into Dropbox Business. According to the agreement, BitTitan has also joined the Dropbox Premier Partner Program. Dropbox will open access to the resellers to all tools and resources in BitTitan MSPComplete later this year, a platform that is designed to boost efficiency and profit in the cloud. This integration gives liberty to the current partners of BitTitan to create new services revenue around another industry-leading cloud product, Dropbox. According to BitTitan, Microsoft partners will have the prospects to customize and implement more than email, cloud projects and workloads as per customer demands. Moreover, this alliance makes it easier for Microsoft partners to have a complete package of Office 365 with complementary solutions to create a collection of products and services to enable their customers in cloud. With this deal, Dropbox and BitTitan partners will also be able to migrate customers from Box to Dropbox, with additional migration sources and co-existence between multiple data sets being rolled out later in the year.
