, HP has signed a six year agreement with Microsoft
to deploy Microsoft Dynamics
to thousands of employees, enhancing collaboration across marketing, sales and service operations.
According to the company, with Dynamics, as well as Azure
, Office 365 and Microsoft Cloud solutions, HP has invested in the sales and service collaboration platform it needs to deliver a seamless sales experience for customers and partners while increasing the company’s performance and economies.
HP claims that it is transforming sales and partner environment, driving increased productivity and collaboration in a virtually all-digital world. As part of this transformation, the company is moving towards an integrated sales experience for both HP sales reps and the channel partner community.
Jon Flaxman, Chief Operating Officer, HP said, “We have chosen Microsoft Dynamics as our CRM solution for our direct selling, partners and services. This brings us a cloud-based solution that delivers a more effective and efficient collaboration engine across our business.”

Complementing Dynamics CRM, Office 365
will provide worldwide sales, service and marketing professionals at HP with an immersive, connected productivity experience for teamwork and collaboration. In addition, Microsoft’s Power BI will empower HP marketers to uncover powerful business insights and predictions. Azure will provide the IT organization with a global, open, hybrid cloud for all of the solutions and give HP a platform for new capabilities and services at a low total cost of ownership.

Two months back, Microsoft revealed that it had plans to launch a new approach for business process applications with Dynamics 365. This move was considered to help the company evolve CRM and ERP cloud solutions into one cloud service with new purpose-built apps, that will manage specific business functions.
