Customer service software company, Zendesk, has partnered with cloud communications company, Knowlarity, to expand its services in India. According to the partnership Knowlarity will help Zendesk in integrating a call solution in its software which the company feels is an essential feature for the customer engagement software suite in India.
According to Knowlarity, By entering into an agreement with Zendesk, the two companies’ individual offerings will emerge as a single, comprehensive communication component. Zendesk has had previous integrations with voice/telephony software companies in America and Europe, and products such as Advanced Voice have helped many companies resolve numerous consumer interaction issues and achieve impeccable customer engagement standards.
